There is no new world order. The NWO will simply comprise of a number of powerful countries put together rather than just one or two.

This as described earlier will be a multi-polar world. No more fight for democracy or communism but instead each major country will choose what they feel suits them. And external interfering will be ruthlessly dealt with, if Afghanistan is any measure to show.
