Though I don't follow sports I like this development. Ronaldo was brave in doing this.

I usually don't drink soft drinks. I drink fruit juices and also one of my favorites is rose sherbet from the Mapro company.

I am not very active on forum since web master decided to change the features of Defence.pk. I don't find this website interesting anymore.

What about the website don't you find interesting ? I think the change is good.

I love my liquid poison coca-cola, but it is terrible for your health long term. i've recently decided to make some changes regarding fizzy drinks;

1. only buy the sugar free version.
2. I also have decided to never drink it when thirsty, i opt for water first.
3. If I have it with a meal i have a glass of water first.

This way you can have the occassional chaska without consuming too much.

Sorry, I don't appreciate it, I like coca cola. If he had done this with Pepsi, I would have applauded, but I drink coca cola from time to time, it's best when chilled and freshly opened, meanwhile pepsi tastes like shit.

Bro why are you after your life they are just a sugary drinks only adds to chances of having diabetics. I want you to have a long life so please avoid sugary drinks and any sugar in take you can have or reduce it somehow. Sugar is nothing more then a white poison and we do get hooked on it as from the day one we are fed ludoa's and burfai's.

Wow ! You seem to have read the second, very long article in detail. Why are so always so interested in sex scandals ? OK I grant that there was criminality involved here ( on part of Ronaldo ) but still...

And I don't know much about Ronaldo except that he's a footballer ( which I don't follow ) and his girlfriend is a Russian model called Irina Shayk.
