Dude you can check the data. Most of the export were earned by E.Pak yet most of the money were spent in the west. Look how Dhaka improved from 1947-71 and compare it with Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. And check how much money were spent on the East side and how much were spent on the West side. East side were poor and in an ideal scenario East Pak should've gotten more of the development budget to avoid huge income disparity. This hap[pens in every large country. Yet for Pak it money continued to transfer from East to West. They gave excuses like "East Pak gets flooded every year so major infra projects can't be undertaken there". You can check the income disparity between two sides and see how much money was spent on which side.
