When did India convery SU-27 to MKI? Lie #1. MKI is an export version of SU-30,made exclusively by Russia for India. India pick some parts, but it’s a Russian plane. If you require certain parts from Dell so you can put them togher as a kit, Dell is the manufacturer, not you.

Partly yes but Russia wanted India to buy both FGFA & S-400 as a packaged deal.
