Rigging Galore: Rigging in 21 constituencies, election void !

No president. Only King of pure Norwegian blood :)

The position of President of the Storting (the Norwegian Parliament) was created in 1814. Olemic Thommessen appears to be the current office-holder and he also looks very disappointed that you're a a fan of IK.

Just look at all that disappointment on his face. Lol.

Correction, it does not say only 21 constituencies were investigated. That would be an assumption on your part, and as comforting as it does sound, it is, unfortunately, only speculative.

As a matter of fact what OP's post also says is that the report is based on the 18 month performance of the election tribunals which are the only forum for contesting electoral disputes, and therefore in all likelihood, there are only 21 such election petitions relating to 21 such constituencies where rigging appears to be a possibility.

The rest are, most probably, scot-free. All the more reason to celebrate? Yes. :yahoo:

"The rest are, most probably, scot-free" simply does not follow, and is your speculation.

You have said, in all likelihood, there are only 21 such election petitions i.e. there are only 21 constituencies where someone complained about the election rigging by filing an election petition. But this does not mean that there are only 21 constituencies where rigging "appears to be a possibility". There are all kinds of reasons why someone might believe rigging occurred, but they fail to launch a petition e.g. fear of intimidation by the party which did the rigging, and this sort of thing is very common in Pakistani politics. Also, certain parties may fail to submit an election petition because they have a closed-doors deal with the parties that won the election. Still others may believe that the elections were rigged against them but they do not bother to submit an election petition since they do not trust the ECP.

Based on what you are telling me, then, in 21 election constituencies that have so far been examined, all of them show signs of rigging, and most of them (i.e. 15) show signs of systematic rigging.

If this is the sample that the ECP has looked at so far, based only on the petitions it has received, then it is likely the rigging is in fact even more extensive.

Calling your gang for support are we? I have a question for you all.

So say 20 seats were wrong and should have re-elections. Does this mean that people from all other seats 350, representing the entire Pakistan, have to suffer because of IK's crazy stance and push towards harsh, violent protests?

If the twenty seats for which an election petition was submitted have turned out to be rigged, then the remaining seats should all be opened for audit.

Not to mention PML won the most seats, hence they're bound to have more eyes after them. It's also funny how he uses red color to show about PML rigging but not PTI, which claims to be an all saint party.

Let's see, PTI wins some 100 seats (prov and national) and PML wins some 500 seats. For every 100 seats, there are 2 mentioned. In this case, PML is less rigged than PTI, as they end up with 8 seats vs 10.
yeah PTI did rigging so u should support election audit to expose imran khan? right? lol patwaris run away from this point . If rigging is done it should be audited them why pmln is running away from it?
