This was always on the cards. The Europeans were going to play these games sooner or later. Especially after Afghanistan exit. Pakistan shouldn't hold itself hostage over GSP status. If the Europeans decide to withdraw so be it. Economy is important, but so is security. Without security economy cannot thrive. Pakistan has given blood to protect its security. Obviously the NATO countries don't like that.

I say come what may come. Pakistan shouldn't be blackmailed by EU. Pakistan should whatever is in its best interest. Finally after years India has been removed from Afghanistan. China can today exploit trade into CAS through Pakistan and Afghanistan. GSP is peanuts. Regional trade opportunities are enormous in comparison.
