Respect of Pakistani dignitaries at the USA airports

This is true in case of ordinary and offical passport but not in case of diplomatic Passport.
Sorry, but that changed with 9/11.

If you are on an official government trip, a diplomatic passport will protect your baggage from searches. But if you are traveling on your own, you will have to obey the country's laws.

True it changed with 9/11 but I am closely related to these dealing hence I am saying this , U have to go through scanner and ur baggage as well but u dont have to remove ur belt or shoes as diplomatic passport holder let u be on official or non official visit.

Lmao imagine any other leader of a country told to take off your belt and go through a pat down before entering the US airport. Now imagine a leader of over 240 million people going through something like this. Official or not, this guy supposedly has diplomatic passports but even that didn’t allow him to enter with out security check. Total breakdown of a government and country.

We may have a 1000 differences with Pakistan but this is NOT the way you treat the Prime Minister of a country - even if he is not on an official visit

.
When you sell your respect for dollars, dont expect others to respect you than. They will treat you like the filth that you are. Only Pakistanis back at home dont seem to get it.

He does not even respect himself so why will another country respect him.

How many standing PMs do you know that travel to US on a private capacity? If he wanted a dog-and-pony show on his arrival, PM Abbasi would've made an official visit, but he didn't. He chose to travel like a private citizens so let him be treated like one.

And we don't know on what passport he was traveling on, presuming he has more than one. Still, I find it funny that some in Pakistani media called the removal of belt and shoes as a strip search. It's nothing like a strip search. For one thing, no one would be allowed to take a video of strip search, which is done behind the scenes, if it's done at all.

If people are that curious about what happened, Pakistani media should ask the PM or his press people.
