Who hates the expats? And no one is forcing them to get milked as a ready source of hard currency. Expats send money back for their families, not for the state. And this money is tax free. Countries like USA tax the income of their citizens no matter where they earn it.

GOP should make arrangements for proper voting rights though. And as per my experience its very easy to send money back home if you use proper channels and your income is legit.
