Pakistan Defence

I have a friend who works in NESCOM and once he told me something which shocked me. He mentioned that Pakistan had purchased 2 Military Trucks from USA that could operate well in the deserts. Those trucks were provided on the condition that those will be serviced by Americans whenever required. After few months of service, one of the trucks got stuck in the middle of desert and there were no American services facilities available and instead of waiting, our engineers opened its prohibited sections to do the repairs. Upon opening the sealed area of the truck, they found it was carying a Homing Device and Americans were tracking its activities and possibly our military positions through that. After that, Pakistan protested and returned those trucks.
We know down to our bones that Americans are not our friends. They are like a sleeping dragon for us and one day they will wake up and reveal their reality. We have conflicting national interests and they have deceived us more than once before. “Pakistan is a friend and Americans are our Allies” is just a delusion which is of cours going to end one day. They are supporting our enemies (India, Israel) and they are enemy to our friends. So its only marriage of convenience for both Pakistan and USA that we are together for some time but its certain to end one day. Keeping the present scenario in mind, it is not believable that the Military Equipment, Radars, Missiles and Even F-16 which they provided recently would be "bug" free. Is there any awareness of this aspect and are there any measures that Pakistan takes in order to ensure that such expensive equipment upon which we rely so heavily would not betray us at the time of need? The above mentioned incident might be an "interesting story" instead of reality, but the equipment that we cannot manufacture and the technology that is beyond our understanding is prone to have more of Homing Devices, Jammers, Switches and Planted Bugs which Americans could use to their advantage? I fear their equipment can also betray us just as they do. How do you see that?
