KARACHI: Rangers arrested a presiding officer for casting bogus votes in favor of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in NA-246 by-elections, Aaj News reported.
The presiding officer Syed Majeed Ali was arrested by Rangers from Delhi College Karimabad, he was polling fake votes to support PTI.
Rangers however charged him with three months of imprisonment and handed him over to the forces.
The political affiliation of the arrested man is still to not certain.
