Just heard Suhail Warraich. He makes a good point that anyone appointed to post of CEC must have at least some administrative experience. He is totally right.

After what was done to Fakhruddin G. Ebrahim, no sane-minded & honest person would dare volunteer. Power politics has a way of creating conditions that work against the excuses used to prop a motivated case. Thanks Immi.
