Yes the Raffy is nuke capable and is the best of the best in its class. India and France know exactly what they are doing and I am glad that India and France are working so closely together.

So my question is why are the Pakistanis and Chinese so worried about what India do? After all according to the Pakistan and Chinese posters in here their countries are so peace loving then they should be worried about India who has never ever invaded another country or started wars or sent terrorist to kill innocent civilians.
