Not much progress can be made in commercial microwave or millimeter wave communication today. We have reach the peak. However a lot of interesting research can still be conducted for electronic warfare, radar, SAR imaging....etc

Keysight UXM is one of the most useless devices out there. Anritsu has the current best test equipment in LTE/5G arena.

I am not talking about UXM for physical layer.

If you say Anritsu is good, it is only good in signaling base station emulator for RF parametric -- not other domain.

You do not use Anrtisu 8821C for cutting age R&D involving physical layer spectrum purity. Totally no use.
