What alliance? The alliance is limited to Erdogan and other corrupt people in power. It's a artificial alliance at best. Which sane Turk is going to tell me that Qatar is more important for Turkey than having KSA, UAE and Egypt as partners? No sane person will say that.

Qatar hosts the largest US base in the region and one of the most important US overseas bases. They do not need Turkey for anything nor Turkish weapons that are based on Western technology and made with Western help when they can buy everything that can be bought with money.

This is about the current Qatari regime trying to buy loyalty from everyone (US, France, UK, Turkey etc.) and their useless and senseless spending spree on weapons that they will never use.

Qatar is a tiny country the size of Montenegro. One of the smallest in the Arab world. With the smallest population (330.000). The only Arab country with no forest cover and hardly any agriculture.

Instead of investing in weapons that they will never use while still a part of the GCC and hosting the largest US base in the region (Al-Udeid), they should spend that money more wisely.

They are not a regional power due to geography and demography and they will never be that. No matter how many Al-Jazeera's they will create, no matter how many MB branches they will support (together with Erdogan) and no matter how many weapons they will buy of which at least over half will be used by non-local mercenaries.

Instead of this;

they are wasting billions of weapons that they will never use. Against whom? KSA? UAE? Bahrain? Iran? With the exception of Bahrain, all those other 3 can easily deal with Qatar within 1 hour.

Eh? I thought Pakistan had already finalized a license production agreement with Turkey for the Nurol Ejder 4x4?

It's about time Arabs stop buying over priced Western military equipment and invest in Muslim made military equipment. Good step in the right direction.

Bro, must be worth more than 1 billion $. Most probably, More strategic deals are signed/to be signed, since Qatari minister have close contact with Turkish defence industry.
