Double face of what ? Wang didnt make a shit promise to EU in the Munich conference. China has no obligation to clean the mess you EU created with Russia. He said every countrys sovereignty and security concerns including those of Ukraine and Russia should be respected. Its NATO that is not respecting Russias security concerns by expanding to Ukraine. Wang is just saying in Munich what is all along Chinas well known policy on international relation and he is reaffirming in Moscow that Russia is Chinas strategic partner, thats all

Better than starving children in UK, or dying people on the streets of Philadenphia. People do not have to skip meals in Russia i believe, unlike the citizens of various EU countries citizens.

He is a German and EU citizen with little knowledge about Vietnam and is talking from such viewpoint. Although Vietnamese government is quite neutral, i think majority (60/40 or 70/30) of Vietnamese support Russia.

Wang Yi says territorial integrity should be respected. He never says Ukraine’s territorial integrity must be respected. He says Russia by the name: Russia security interest must be respected. You don’t notice the difference?
