VCP losing power is an opportunity for China to support the pro-Chinese faction in Vietnam. China would achieve a strategic victory if we can gain at least most of northern Vietnam including Hanoi as a vassal state leaving southern Vietnam to do whatever they like.

Similar situation in North Korea. A popular uprising would be an opportunity to support the pro-Chinese faction. We should aim to acquire most of North Korea as a vassal state including at least half of Pyongyang. The rest of the country can join the South.
