Friday, December 07, 2012 - LahorePakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to arrange training workshop for party election on December 9, while workers convention would be held on December 25 at Mochi Gate Lahore.
According to a press release issued here Thursday Mahmoodur Rasheed a leader of the party said that all the aspiring candidates would be given training for the election and special meetings at union council level would also be arranged. He said PTI would contest the upcoming general election and continue its principles based efforts for betterment in the country.
Meanwhile, PTI leader Syed Anwar Hasnat on Thursday said that Imran Khan is the only option for the people in upcoming general elections as public has already tried Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Pakistan Peoples Party.
He said that both PPP and PML-N looted the country and people would reject them by electing Imran Khan as the next prime minister of Pakistan.
Syed Anwar Hasnat, an Ex Vice President of Pakistan Engineering Congress, said this while talking to media here at local hotel.
He said that Pakistani economy is suffering from a loss of 9 billion dollars annually due to load shedding. According to an IMF report, out of 180 million Pakistanis, 130 millions have been dropped under the poverty line whereas middle class and low income group of people is joining the poor class rapidly. He said that so far more than 16 billion dollars have been spent as the subsidy for power sector and for the restoration of public sector organizations like PIA, Steel Mills and Railways.
The PTI leader said that Rs. 437 billion bank loan taken by Pakistani rulers for the first quarter of current fiscal year is a clear evidence of bad governance. He said that unemployment ratio has increased by many fold due to closure of industries and factories during last four and a half year.
On the other hand tendency of suicides and perversion is on rise because of poverty and paucity of sources. He said that the country condition is worsened, corruption is rampant and public is watching the puppet show of the rulers helplessly.
