So social development will start with nation building. That means a same education system country wide.

The economic migration within the country will follow bring the work to you policy rather bring you to work.

Fundamental land reforms based. Strict taxation of land which goes unattended uncultivated.

Planning new cities along the corridor. Smart cities not replying on coal powered grid but renewables. The coal power is only for industry.

Health care is not even a debate. Throughout the country same standard of health with atleast one hospital per 1000 people. And one medical college every District. @The Sandman heads that division though

Merit based localised system of governance. District level representation. The BB model.
