The Russian boycott is out of the news as a non-story in the US. The Teen Choice awards, a NASCAR accident, and the PGA Championship are more important to American outlets. Russia isn't in the top 20 in Google News' aggregation of "world" news.. Sorry, no one here cares what Russia does one way or the other. Need some Europeans to weigh in - the US just doesn't do that much business with Russia. In relative terms, Russia is very small potatoes. Europe should care more, but not sure that they do - hard to get a sense of it from the US.

Checking Germany, Russia/Ukraine stories are 6th, 9th, 15th, and 19th in my spot check, so Germany is paying some attention, although none of those stories concerned the boycott. About what you might expect from being so much closer to the situation(s).

Well even if i agree with you atleast they were also presenting the view point of the Israeli side most main stream american media coverage was through the israeli eyes only
