Then the whole deal with Shia militant group Jaish Mohammdi (or Lashkre Mohammdi something like that) was all with Iranian financing.

Situation got so bad that there was an active target killings between Shia and Sunni gangs, that culmnated in assassination of a Iranian Shia diplomat in Punjab (could be south punjab but I am forgetting).

Moreover Iran's demand to buy such a fuel had no contradiction with international laws and base on NPT , IAEA has to provide it for us ... it was a clear humanitarian request .....
NO the refusal is there till Iran would submit and give in .... go and read the IAEA reports , there is no evidence to prove any type of deviation in Iran nuclear program from its peaceful purposes .. if you have any evidence please show us ...
