Nice, Fiber is a beast, can't wait for it in our area, but I wont bow down for one reason. Military speeds are much, much faster and I get to use them to surf the web daily... not that I'm supposed too.

I can't give you an accurate figure, but we're easily surpassing 50 Gigs on our wireless. Our intranet is even faster.

Read all about Kansas City getting Google Fiber 1 gbps. Good for you guys. $70 just for that speed alone seems like a more than fair deal. It will be coming to a lot of other citiies soon

I have FIOS too but my download speed is only like 20 MBPS Upload is around 59MBPS. They promised download same as upload, looks like I need to call them.. I guess I figured, someone else is downloading at the same time on the network.

What speed are you rated at? 50/50? Regardless though, you should definitely give them a call. Unlike cable, you're not sharing a node with other customers, your speed should be 99% always at what it's rated.
