I think hadi will be able to retake power. With no weapons coming to Houthis, they stand little chance. Situation cannot be compared to Syria because Syrian army could resupply using Russian help from sea.

Houthis can use captured weapons. Saudi Arabia buys AK-47s from Croatia and gives to Aden separatists. Houthis capture lots of those weapons.

KSA will achieve exactly what Israel achieved by (nearly) carpet bombing of Gaza .
they will get tired or ran out of bombs .and I'm nearly certain this time NATO wont restock KSA weapon caches from their reserve ammunition in Europe for free .

but I doubt KSA admits any failure just like what Israel did they announce victory over Houtis and wrap the operation up.
Israel war on Gaza is totally different from Yemen, Israel's objective was to stop rockets firing while the coalition objective is to defeat Huthis and force them to surrender and submit to the conditions. Here, no matter how long or how much it takes it must be achieved according to the KSA.

Saudi buys F-35 (with DSI) and wins the war.

The intensity of KSA attack in Yemen is not even 1/10th of Israel attack against Gaza .so don't expect too much of it .
And please don't tell me the nonsense that Israel oly wanted to stop hamas rockets .

Status quo ante bellum. The houthis will return to their mountains, government will regain control of all of its previously held territory and AQ will hold its territories in the east.

Houthis never came from the mountains. Houthis are Zaidi Shia, which comprise more than a third of all Yemenis. If unchecked, the conflict in Yemen can drag on for decades like what happened in Lebanon between Chrisitans, Sunnis, Shia.

A possible solution is to impose a policy similar to the one in Lebanon, where the president must be a Christian. In Yemen, this would be like the president must be a Shia.

These allies of Saudi Arabia are only fo sho. They fly around for fun. They do not contribute ground troops. Saudi Arabia accounts for over 95% of total fighting.

Supposedly, the UN fought in Korea, but the US did just about all the fighting.
all are fighting for Saudi money, and not for the cause, like Pakistan is in great nee of money and the Saudis have promised 1.5 billion to it for participating in the war,

East yemen? ruled by who Houthi's? the whole eastern part of yemen is mostly Sunni. Shia and zaidi are mainly found on the northern provinces. so you telling me houthi's who are less than 1% of the yemeni population and Zaidi would rule the whole eastern yemen which the vast majority is sunni? lol i remember it used to be south and north divide but i suspect the East & west new idea must have something to do with bab el mandeb and sea outlet agenda from the shia. It's not going to happen for many reasons To have Iran having access to the bab al mandab would not be allowed not only by the local sunni tribesmen in eastern yemen and the arab and muslim countries, but even horn african countries would not accept it.
