@waz
The thread is posted to the wrong section, please merge it in Iranian defense forum. Thanks

Pakistan downed Irani drone because it was Pakistani territory the drone was flying on. Pakistan has no agreement with Iran of flying military aircraft over each others air space. Plus drone in unmanned and shooting down a drone is less diplomatic issue than a piloted plane. Thirdly Pakistan wanted to show off as Israel was unable to shoot down a similar drone over golan heights with three missile and Pakistan did it in a first attempt so Pakistani air defenses are better.

3rd option should be "standard procedure".
There was no inherent ill will or message in this act.

Iranian drone??
Who confirmed that?
That is not Iranian drone.
There is not any evidence for that.
Probably American spy drone as usual.
Pakistan air space is American drone and helicopter background.
Everybody know that.

Probably? The Pakistani government claims they shot an Iranian drone. And even if it was an American drone, it looks like they don't want Iranian drones in their airspace without permission because they would have just said they shot down American drone without question instead of saying Iranian.

But at end there is not any evidence about nationality of drone.

If it is not yours probably it comes from nowhere

a drone is not a big deal , it is always a good measure to test another country and their armed forces . like when the israeli drones were downed in irani kurdistan

you can't fly in another airspace without permission.the drone was probably armed.even if iran wanted to kill someone on the ground,they must first communicate.what if we send a drone over tehran? it might look terrible.we have no intentions to fight a war against iran.irani people are so patriotic but they must see the truth.they know that tensions are high on afghan and indian border.you must read the mindset of others as well.

LOL! How about because it was over Pakistani territory o_O
