and then we all know what followed next

Video is interesting in that Geo News is know for blowing sunshine up the back hole of india now I guess it will be doing the same for Afghanistan also

**** all Saleem Saifi knows , its the US dollars stuffed into the pockets of Abdullah Abdullah that brought about the settlement nothing more, Abdullah x2 had demanded 50 million dollars else he sticks to his guns with regards to election fraud

Outlook for Afghanistan beyond 2014 will depend on how much they remain aligned with india , the gravy train from the west is drying up, the terrorists cadres they supported in Pakistan are getting fucked like there is no tomorrow so going forward if they keep being stupid as they have been since 1947 , then things will go from bad to worse for them.

If the following type of behaviour will continue from the Afghan side , then the coming summer will be very difficult for the incoming afghan government

The idote think only he knows about Afghanistan, all others are just plain stupid and have no knowledge & understanding of the politics of 'Afghanistan and Pakistan'

I don't know why he forgets to mention Abdullah Abdullah attempt to derail the whole system to secure his stake in it.
  • Thousands of angry protesters marched on the Afghan president's palace on Friday in support of candidate Abdullah Abdullah's allegations that mass fraud had been committed during the presidential election by organisers and state officials.
  • Abdullah's supporters marched across Kabul and gathered in front of the presidential palace. Abdullah drove alongside aboard a small truck, waving a flag.
  • "We want the mujahideen back. We don't want technocrats and slaves of Jews and Christians," said Badam Gul, a former mujahid.
  • The top U.N. representative in Afghanistan warned of the risk of "a protracted confrontation with a danger of a slide into violence" in a briefing to the security council on Wednesday and urged Abdullah to return to the electoral process.

&

  • Karzai on Friday backed calls for the United Nations to mediate an end to the deadlock between Abdullah and the election authorities.
  • The UN mission this week warned that if candidates abandon the election process and appeal directly to supporters, it “could incite violence”.
  • The election turmoil also risks spilling into ethnic unrest – a grim prospect for Afghanistan, where tribal loyalties are still fierce after the 1992-1996 civil war.

In the words of Israeli writer Amos Oz, "a fitting Chekhovian end".

"In the conclusion of the tragedy by Chekohov, everyone is disappointed, disillusioned, embittered, heartbroken, but alive."

We know nothing but only Saleem Safai have the knowledge and the right to debate about the Afghanistan and Pakistan politics. (Yellow journalism at its best)
