My Bad, you can replace agency with the word establishment.

establishment is not a fixed body, its a state (not country), it consists of bureaucrats, the MPs, police, and other state related people, these people are prone to be biased and using their authority for specific purposes and disposing certain 'favours' to their favourite people, exert their influence in a bad or biased way, there is corruption and bias in developed countries as well

met police is not the department that has the authority to file case in the court, there is a separate body called crown court, the met police or SLY maybe prone to bias and pressure, thats why there is an independent organisation which prosecutes the cases

W11, you did read what you wrote describing the MP? You called him a representative of State.

Now as you correctly pointed out that you made a big deal of people who do not agree with MQM and call it a terrorist organization. I do not think the UK has declared MQM as a terrorist organization like the US so to make a big deal about UK as a whole becoming against MQM is not true. Some people hold their opinion and they do let others know about them as well.

Obviously we live on planet eart, there are people who feel that MQM is a terrorist organization and they have to do something about it. Those are people acting upon their agenda, much like what we are facing in Karachi. One parties agenda over another.

i don't think they care about MQM or pakistan, but just i said that its the british pakistanis out there using their influences

but things are getting a lot better now, just few days ago, a british pakistani EU parliamentarian visited international secretariat

MQM backed one counselor also won, i forgot his name
