Says torture cells are carrying on in Punjab police.
Says it takes time change things.
Said it took 2.5 years in KPK.
Said Punjabi culture encourages thana culture/police corruption.
Says police is from society, talks about impatient people etc.
Basically spends a moment aknowledging the problem and then spends loads of time bullsh1tting making poor excuses for his governments lack of performance.

I have not watched it and cannot watch it since in office and meeting soon but can you please tell me what solutions and suggestion has put forward.. please do it without your emotions and biases since I see you a bit angry
Every department is corrupt and Imran Khan is telling this since 1996
but this bad behavior doesn't have anything to do with corruption it can be improved only with strict punishments
Same is happening in other provinces but isn't getting reported because tv channels mostly report about Punjab and Karachi only

From 5.50 he talks about changes;
1. CM has ordered every DSP and CPO will sign an affadavit that in their area there are no torture cells. If there is found to be FIR will be written against DSP and CPO, rather than just against low level police officers as in the past.
...Then some bashing of noonie toons... praise of PTI ....
2. CM has wished to make an independent board which will have people of different walks of life. They will investigate any issues of police brutality.

3. There will be a PR official in each police station to work with the public to improve police reputation.
4. Will also have a complaints box near each police station, so people can put in police complaints into the box. it won't be inside station, it will be outside.
