I am irritated not because the cow is involved, but the way media is twisting every news as per their own convenience. Few men were beaten in Rajasthan; it was reported SIKHS beaten by villagers. Here, in this case, police jeep to save a cow (it could have been a dog, pig or anything) lost control and media reports to save a COW, police jeep tramples HUMANS. Do you see, how media has started an unnecessary propaganda war which ultimately is hurting the fabric of our society? Religious identity becomes bottom line of reporting when the victim belongs to minority.

media is a corporate sector now and media owners all around look for own budiness interests. in india your media is very good in self-sensor or self regulations when it comes to national interests or indian foreign policy and government line. So far when it comes to religious lines ecen then Indian media in my opinion as per observation had remained very cautious since till now the india media always used the term one community clash with another community instead of Hindu vs Muslim .
the minorities had always been neglected this way . in case of this thread look at the incident or for that matter the Sikh beating . it is a significant news because Sikhs rarely had been put to such treatment in recent years . the woman death and saving cow is also a good news as per media theory since the driver could have faced lynching at the hands of gao rakhshakh force hence even if he could have saved the human at the cost of the cow he opted for the later.
