Just follow his facial expression after shooting at protsters in youtube and U will right away know that he is a liar to the core. Having a family doesn't make him immune from being prosecuted for his crime against humanity. Moreover, an indoctrinated bigot of his nature that is misusing 'A HIGH RANKING POSITION' deserves even worse punishment than regular folks IMO.

File a suit against him in a European Court with some decent evidence, not made up crap. Court will go after him if he ever sets foot or transits in any country under jurisdiction.
