Yeah i know about Indian gun control and it is impressive.
My comment was more towards imported Non prohibited bore like 0.22 lr. Lets say you import sig mosquito, what are the custom duties?

Exorbitant and outrageous. For example if someone wants to buy a .32 bore Walther it will cost 5 lakhs in Indian rupees. Even IOF made pistol of same bore costs around 1 lakh. Government probably wants to discourage imports but IOF made civilian guns are garbage quality.

Any private small arms companies offering?
Guns were cheap in Pak due to Afghan jihad.
Now weapons that sold couple of years back for 10K are selling for almost 100+K.
While bigger calib/auto weapons are prohibited and require a permit from fed govt which is hard to get.
And in gen arm licenses are banned for sometime. Except for professional like lawyers, mil/police etc.
