PM Nawaz Sanctioned Rs 3 Carore for the Treatment of a APS Wounded Boy Abroad

The PM has sanctioned 3 carore 60 lac rupees for the treatment of an APS wounded boy to be treated abroad.

Commendable on the surface but is it justifiable? Soldiers fighting with TTP have received worst kind of wounds, have lost half of their bodies sometimes but all are treated within Pakistan. What will come out from the treatment of this boy abroad except cheap popularity (if at all)?

well as far as I know his father asked for 3.5 million, PTI's Fauzia Kasuri tweeted and we campaigned about raising the money, eventually KP Healthy ministry took it up.. dont know for what nawaz sharif has granted 3 crore and 60 lac.

Nawaz is King, he put another zero in front of 3.5 million. Now, how much from this will actually end up in the pockets of those who will handle the money can be any-body's guess.

So this is the same case where the 'father' was playing drama queen? I thought so.

Don't know who you are addressing to in this cheap bazaari language but the point I was trying to make was simple and as follows:

1. Pakistan has skilled hands and facilities to treat all sorts of wounded. Since the kids got injured in APS premises, it should not be difficult for them to get the similar treatment the injured Pakistan Armed forces personnel get. One can argue that they were just kids; yes, 10-12 years old kids, but not infants. I know what I am talking about because I have served in a trauma center for several years.

the bold black part is a pretty dumb patriotic statement which is not backed by any facts , many pakistanies travel to other countries for advanced treatment so do indians since our hospitals don't have some facilities for particular cases .

The part in red is laughable , how can you say wounds can be similar . For minor injuries which can be treated in local hospitals you won't need any special care but what if there are some kind of complications due to some serious internal injuries . And you say that you have been in this profession for years ?

The part in blue is just deplorable , for any country taking care their children should be the highest priority . Are you trying to suggest that just because PA officers don't get adequate medical facilities even this kid shouldn't be helped :disagree: , that tells what kind of a man you are . I don't think even the PA guys would agree to the crap you are saying bcz for army people safety & security of their citizens come first .

2. Three carore 60 lac is lots of money, and with this kind of money, a fully functional albeit small trauma center could be established that would prove helpful in long run, especially now that we are fighting a war against terrorism.

Again before you make those alligations lets see whats the condition of that child , does it need that sort of money for treatment if yes than thats one damn good thing nawaz sharif has done .

what nonsense ?

do you have any facts to back your allegations ? that post doesn't prove anything ...if you are so worried about wastage of money then try to find out for what treatment exactly this help was granted , show those hospitals in pakistan which provide services for such cases at much lower cost , then your point will be justified until then what you are saying would be complete bullsh.t due to political preferences .

Don't know who you are addressing to in this cheap bazaari language but the point I was trying to make was simple and as follows:

Sir, that post of mine was never intended for you and had nothing to do with what you said, the intended recipient got the message clear enough (we had some history in recent days and I had him on my ignore list not to get in argument with him, but today he directed his comment towards me and ended it with the same tone as he has been doing in his previous messages, so he deserved my reply I cannot act all civilized like you sorry that is too much for me:disagree:).

I have been reading your posts and respect you for being a sensible, knowledgeable and well-mannered person that you are.

You are the expert then, so you must know better than me what you are saying, I won't argue, my response was all based on sympathy for the child and considering that at least someone is getting some benefit. Otherwise I will leave it to technical relevant people like you who had hand on experience to decide what would have been better.

2. Three carore 60 lac is lots of money, and with this kind of money, a fully functional albeit small trauma center could be established that would prove helpful in long run, especially now that we are fighting a war against terrorism.

I have been stressing in some of my posts that Government of Pakistan has all its development priorities wrong, they lack any vision, they cannot plan properly anticipating our current as well as future needs.

Off topic on another note, I would like to share with you, when I was 12 years old Mr. Nawaz (Then PM) was Chief Guest at my school's annual parent’s day, I was part of my school's group that did PT in front of him, now after 23 years I am 35+ and he is still the PM. I mean the tragedy here is Pakistan experienced a technological boom in 23 years period in between, people went from type writers to tabloids and laptops, but we could not get a new face (I don't support Imran Khan) to lead us. So a person from type writers’ age is leading people who have potential to develop all sorts of software and hardware.

My friend, I apologize for being harsh. It is commendable that you feel for the child, all of us should otherwise there would be no difference between us and the zombies.

I have served and taught in The Aga Khan University Hospitals, and the standard of AKUH is not hidden from most Pakistanis. I am not saying that we can handle EVERY situation, but most can be handled and very well. I just could not see the justification of the money sanctioned for the amount (if reported correctly) is mind boggling.

dude I told you stop talking to a crying baby.

He's gonna keep reporting you. You can't talk anything into a 60 year old man, because he grew up hating on Nawaz. Can't change his decades of haterd.

Watch, he gonna report me too. He reports anyone who quotes him and disagrees with him.
