This will help to raise the morale of our scientist

If you look at the places he has chosen to visit so far, it forms a pattern -- ISRO during satellite launch, BARC etc.

It would seem that he understands the extreme importance of these organizations deserve to be given!

Sadly, I can't recall MMS taking any such personal interest in organizations like these. It doesn't take degrees from Cambridge/Oxford to understand these simple facts!
