This is not a means issue its a mentality problem.

Imran bible bashing to make thick Pakistanis understand they shouldn't live in their own filth. This is a south asian problem. Feral society devoid of basic logic and reason talking about madina blah blah. Imran tried to bring enlightment by hiring the economic expert on merit but faced a backlash so turns to religion as a means of justification to the masses. He can't even execute his vision because of strange warped mindset people in the country.

I hope the next generation will be progressive and hungry to change their situation. This generation is a total failure.

1) we need a lot of bins outside. all roads and including GT roads. See example

2) There should be fine for throwing trash on the street. If they can't afford it then they need pick up all the rubbish for a day. Big lesson for them.
