Before winters this region will be at war.

Maybe response to a potential attack by India. PAF may have observed some IAF movement or there may be other intel and they are anticipating something. In the first picture, the guy on the right also has a map in his briefing documents, which if you twist and look closely, to me seems like lower sindh/karachi area but i could be wrong.

I say take a leaf out of India's playbook. Covertly ask China to help us stoke fire in India's already unstable NorthEast and Kashmir on our side. That way we keep the cost of going on offensive low. 100s of million or a couple billions of $$ at most.

Otherwise, doing overt military action might end up costing 10s of billions of $$.

Not going to happen. If they try to capture Gilgit, that would tantamount to suicide.
India would end up losing whole of Kashmir, that much is guaranteed. I wish they do attack.
Ladakh is open territory now after Chinese move, then whole of Kashmir would be open territory.
Those who heard the interview of very balanced and eloquent Brig. (Retd) Sampson, would know, according to him, Pakistan can block Kargill and Daraz sectors in few minutes.

Where else in the world are the officers of military entitled to plots and acres of land? Where else do they are not held accoutable in the name of national security for having to safegaurd the most wanted man in the world just miles from where they are trained?

And the 17% does not include military pensions whereas your adversary and elsewhere the pension is the component of military compensation.

Asking for accountability is not bashing army, i would be glad if you can share land allotment to military personnel policy elsewhere in the world.
