In my opinion the best nephrologist in Islamabad is Dr. Jay Kishan, I am saying this as he is the only specialist in the capital of Nephrotic Syndrome that my 4 years old has, that is a rare disease that only affects children so your mother might require some different specialist. May ALLAH give her good health.
