Do you have difficulty with reading? Crimea and Russia was a case of reunification. There was not one shot fired, the majority of Crimean are Russian and they voted to joint Russia.
By your definition of Annexation(Annexation is the forcible acquisition of a state's territory by another state), Russia indeed annexed Crimea from Ukraine. Even the most pro russian Indian/vietnamese knows this except the Chinese.
