Raja Saab, I got a question for you. You're from Kahuta right? My question is what do you think of all these non-locals like Malik Riazes and Khokhars grabbing thousands of acres of your land? Have they grabbed land in Kahuta too? Are the Rajas and Maliks of the region scared of these central Punjabi kammis like Khokhars and Malik Riaz? There was no Islamabad. This city was build to replace karachi.
It came from pure name Islam, and people did "abad" it...It became Islamabad, but now it is safe place for terrorists I.e terrorists of lal masjid are roaming free whatever they want to convince their 5000 students for sharia law.......This is automatic bomb in making, and consequences are horrible and long term if we again turn blind eye, and perceive them as Pure people. Wallah, they killed our 14 soldiers in lal masjid but we didn't learn lesson from past, they are again still busy in so called pure "tabligh"!! , spreading same poison in reality!

Most locals in kahuta gave their land cheaply for construction of atomic plant ..you are probably talking about rawat which was grabbed not just malik riaz but DHA as well..what poor villagers can do against land mafia when they have all these thugs with them and support of police and all local authority?

I know history of this region. I was referring to him that most of this land of Islamabad was part of Rawalpindi before construction of Islamabad so there is no much difference between these two twin cities

People from all caste live in Rawalpindi because its developed city and offer plenty of opportunities. I have not done any survey which caste lost most land in the hands of land mafia or this DHA but they are certainly not janjuas :p It was this man choudhy nisar who took stand against malik riaz but money talk and he bought all people at higher ranks and now malik riaz has been shifted to Sindh Karachi.. If you ever visist developed ares of KPK or Peshawar or even quettea then its all own by those who have money..have a visist in hayata baad Peshawar and you will see plenty of Afghani businesman own land. Raja of Rawalpindi dhamyaal still own most of land and these shopping plaza in sadder and malik riaz grabbed land from only those poor villagers who refused to sold it and they never give up fighting but as I said you cannot fight with state authorities with gun in ur hand..should they go killing police and these housing authorities bought by malik riaz with his money? People even scare to visist tribal areas so malik riaz will be real mad to go grab land from those pakhtun and blaoch to build a housing society in dry mountain region for elite or overseas people

It's different in Peshawar though. If Punjabis tried to be all gangstah there, they'd get shot, but in Pindi anyone can be a don. Now there's this PML-N backed Pathan from Mohmand agency, Zafar Supari who's being all gangster on the local people.
