ARE is the supervision authority and accept or reject any work as per specifications. So if piles or foundation is faulty that means he approved faulty work. For which he can be held responsible. If something bad happens in future, two people will be held responsible. ARE/RE, Structural engineer.

Well this article is from 2018 and its 2020 wondering when BRT will be functional

Can you kindly share with us from where you got the 2017 PC 1 information and dates ? Because the cost and date of completion which was extended multiple times completely contradicts you. Or you have some special knowledge about that which government of KPK and others dont have ?

That's good to know, better than the convoluted mess of inaugurations dates by kpk government. And what do you think will it be operational in April ?

He is talking about 2017 PC 1 which in the beginning was non-existent and later the date was probably changed 2-3 times, he forgot to mention it. And i doubt it will open this April as well.

The project has nothing to do with the Govt. The project is finalized, contracts, agreements, under construction to run everything done by Asian Development bank. This project is not done by Govt like Lahore, Rawalpindi/Islamabad and Multan Metro.

Your assertion is very wrong. It's easy to absolve PTI by pointing to ADB.
Only funding was secured by loans from supranational agencies, including most of it from the ADB, and smaller loans from EIB and AGFRNC. The executing agencies who are "wholly responsible" for the implementation of the project are the likes of the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), KP Urban Mobility Authority, and TransPeshawar, all of whom are directly or indirectly under the administrative control of the government of KP and their sub-departments.

SS/PMLN gained a vast experience in such projects, at least KPK government to consult them before starting such projects.

One can dream and hope that such sense would prevail. But IK's mindset seems to show that he's at war with the opposition, NAB is employed for political victimisation, PEMRA to shutdown criticism. He and his party don't conduct lawmaking in the NA, prefer ordinances over bills. They don't even consult in times of crises where consensus is needed. It's wishful thinking on our part to hope that they'd consult on infrastructure projects.

This is the vision of Imran Khan. We lowly beings can't understand the visionary Imran Khan.

This is in no way a Jhangla bus. When it functions some day, people of Peshawar will grow wings and become super humans just through the virtue of visionary bus.
