I dont understand whats their business (judiciary) to poke their nose in this and every other matter (including administrative), but one thing is for sure, there is a serious disconnect & rift in between judiciary (who are bitches of the riches) vs. Army establishment and seems like it was started by that moron Khosa, who first unnecessarily tried to create hurdles in extension of COAS and than have one of his stooge (Waqar Seth) give that ugly verdict against Musharraf (which hurt and irked Army).

At the moment many decisions of Pakistani judiciary seems anti state and these will only hurt Pakistan - not to mention that landmark decision of helping Nawaz Ganga flee from Pakistan.

LHC, IHC or PHC most of their decisions are obnoxious and utterly absurd. At times, I get this impression that they're working on a certain agenda against the state - I must say.

On contrary, there are many cases like Model Town Lahore killing, why there is no progress on it after so many years? Whats stopping this rotten to core judiciary to bring Nawaz, ganga, his brother (showbazz), stinky Rana Sanaullah and other culprits to justice?

I have no doubt in my mind that many of these judges are "bitches of the riches". Judiciary is one of the main reason there is truckload of corruption in Pakistan, because these piece of $hit judges give thugs of Pakistan the legal cover whenever they're in hot water.

It depends on what the reasoning of the PHC is in giving such a verdict. Is it because the military courts were not in compliance with constitutional requirements or something else? The detailed judgement should have some information.
