I never new we Pakistanis feel happy when someone insults someone.Is this a sign of mental degradation or deficient ethical upbringing???.One thing is for sure leg pulling,mudslinging and hate mongering is a perfect recipe for a disaster.United we stand and divided we fall.

It is because PTI still uses PMLN as benchmark for everything. It is no wonder why Purana Pakistan has never left despite of change in leadership by name only.

Sorry but you are very ignorant of the ground realities. We didn't vote for PTI due to Pukhtoon nationalism. If nationalism was a factor then we would have voted for ANP. Imran's charisma did get him elected in 2013 but 2018 was due to performance.

There is a massive difference between a mini dam and a micro hydel. As with everything your knowledge is lacking, so let me try to improve it.

If Hazara and chitral was part of punjab then Shabaz would have constructed mini 2000 dams by now. There is massive difference in geography of Chitral/hazara where mini hydro dams are being build and potohar let alone all of punjab.

Also as per Dawn only 102 mini dams were built in the last 2 years while a total of 1200 mini dams have been built by the department but doesn't mention during what period or which areas.

I re-read thenews article and it seems they just exaggerated what the Director Malik Ghulam Akbar had said.

Anyway i found a video that shows how to build a mini dam. Even you can build one
