Developed countries are mostly secular and don,t involve religion in important matters.
Not facebook posts. I have seen them in reality. I have seen people have taken flesh ( raw human flesh ) . They are called as Aghori. They represent left wing ( bamachar) part of Hinduism. I ask these kind of questions to them too. I know their viewpoints too.
Religion does not hamper development, hateful ideology does.
The viewpoint is clear in Pakistan on under age marriage, and the average age of marriage has been increasing considerably and in cities now is early to mid twenties and rural areas are catching up. The issue is not even relevant as most people have only one wife and rarely are 2 or more wives seen.
But another problem stays with this logic. Lets take the example of Hindus. As long as hindus question their own beliefs and decide using their common sense, its ok. The moment they start deciding with using religion as a tool, dont you think everything becomes a mess ?

When you force your belief on someone else things get problematic. You can do whatever you want at home or in your temples, but if you start forcing things on others that is when things become problematic. If Hindus have their festivals and celebrate it is okay but if they make others come by force to celebrate with them it is wrong.

Its not forcing. Its a kind of brainwashing. For example if hindus believe that Aghoris are right , then they may do the same thing. I am saying that if people believe that this Imam is right, dont you think it will be problem ? I was saying this religious point of view. That is what I was saying. As long as he is not proven wrong, people will believe him. Then there is a problem.
Very few people have the time to worry about things like these. Reorient yourself with the time in life one has to even consider such things. Most people will not even read this news and fewer will care about it, only you guys read the newspapers to find posts like these to debate and troll.

There are very few people who have time to even read the news. Most are busy in their daily life and have no time to even consider these things. It is a real society where life is busy and free time is a luxury.
As long as we keep the mosque or church separate from the state and don,t make laws which force people to follow the religion or bring people to power who got religious agenda.
