Leader of the Opposition parties hold the collective mandate of opposition parties.
Leader of the House holds the collective mandate of treasury benches.

PTI had no representation in the parliament at that time, if you can remember. PTI of that time was just like TuQ of today. But despite, they praised the selection of Fakhru bhai as CEC of Pakistan.

You failed to grab the point... The point was about the formation of election commission/appointment of EC by a third party.

RAWALPINDI: The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) in Rawalpindi has lodged a new FIR against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Hanif Abbasi in the Ephedrine case.

ANF sources told Express News on Monday that Abbasi too had gotten a quota of ephedrine of 500 kilogrammes illegally. A case has been registered against this.

Sources added that among the charges filed against him, drug trafficking was included among them.

While Abbassi had not been arrested, sources privy to the matter maintained that that position could change.

Meanwhile, the Rawalpindi bench of the Lahore High Court has ordered former minister of health Makhdoom Shahbuddin to appear before the ANF investigation team for a fifth time.

Despite orders, Ali Musa Gilani, son of former Prime Minsiter Yousaf Raza Gilani, failed to appear before the investigation team.

Last week the PML-N legislator had approached the LHC Rawalpindi Bench on July 22, challenging the Anti-Narcotics Force’s inquiry against him for obtaining ephedrine quota.

The MNA, through his counsel, challenged the ANF’s proceedings, saying that the agency cannot question him about the allocation of ephedrine quota.

Nominating ANF director general and its Rawalpindi director as respondents, Abbasi said that he obtained 500kg of ephedrine for his pharmaceutical company in 2010, which is in accordance with the law.

The counsel said that the MNA has appeared before the ANF more than once and they haven’t been able to find anything against him.

This is the only way PML-N and allies need massive rally to shut their mouths and to kick them out from Islamabad.
Nops I think this should only be confined to serve as a show of support. The more days Imran and TuQ don't get political dead bodies, the more weaker their position would get and more desperate would they become. Don't disturb them, just let them have their speeches. The more time the protesters spend there, the more weary they will become. IK's crowd has already left him. TuQ's crowd is still there because it comprises of his mureeds, not political workers. Sooner or later, he will have to announce "Mubarik ho, Mubarik ho".

PPP is the third party and commission was formed by them. PTI and PML-N were among many parties participating in the elections with their job being recommending and short listing names.

You seriously need to do some research, no one forms the commission, it's the constitution which constitute the commission.

This is what constitution says "The Prime Minister shall in consultation with the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, forward three names for appointment of the Commissioner to a Parliamentary Committee for hearing and confirmation of any one person"

Key word here is leader of the opposition. Leader of the opposition was Ch Nisar, if you can remember.

And what would be the purpose of that? That would be just like outsourcing, If parliament starts outsourcing its functions, then we should end up third party running the parliament .

Yes, but leader of the opposition is selected in the same way as the leader of the house, a vote amongst the opposition benches in which all opposition parties take place.

If you compare above mentioned people with IK believe me they are more respectable, IK got ''love child'' and his language is uncivilized and animalistic.

So you respect Gullu Butt that much?
Having an unconfirmed "love child" makes people lower than the likes of Gullu butt? Seriously?

Nay! The leader of the opposition is not elected the way leader of the house is elected. The leader of the opposition is one who's the leader of the largest party, party which is not in the government.

Senate elects or nominates its leader of the opposition.

Imran Khan no longer believes in Government which he accepted his defeat to and took an oath from, Election Commission which was formed by a third party, Supreme Court of Pakistan's decisions and Manifesto of Development. He wants power to be given to him and to his rejected allies who were once lapdogs of military establishment.

That does not make any sense....If also NS walks out and Imran Khan become President, tomorrow Jardari will come back and do the same thing as done by Imran Khan...so does that mean Imran khan will step down...If IK has any issue with gov why do not they go to Supreme Court...My impression is that Pakistan supreme court have lot of respect among the public...If court declares that election are fraud, then that can be a reason to protest to perform election again...Otherwise, it is a simple wasatge of public money..

Fake votes, fake PM, fake pics. PMLN supporters sharing 2009 Long March pics with caption 'Faizabad Rally Today' :)
the first pic used is from 2009 march ..dnt trust noon league slaves

'fake' ? LOL i didn't know Metro Bus was under construction in 2009

fear the time when they might decide to collide with PTI/PAT by marching toward red zone. Dont underestimate the PML-N supporters...At that time blood might spill and chaos/anarchy might be the coming...
In b/w nothing left now, Army is out, NS has decided to stay, the only way out for PAT/PTI is blood...least thing needed to start real revolution! (If it turned out bloody revolution, then I can grantee you it will be bloodiest revolution of the world)

Will we finally see Nawaz hanged in public for murder, looting billions of dollars from Pakistani people, allying himself with terrorists etc?
