Staggered elections under the supervision of paramilitary forces and army (No Local Police) like it happens in India would be far much fair even without EVMs. In presence of police, elections will only be a contest on the scale of rigging even with EVMs.

On a side note, custodian of our national assembly, speaker has once again moved to Lahore High Court so that a stay can be granted on his seat's recounting. If there is nothing to hide why run away... That's the state of Elections' fairness.....

No, he wants complete revamp of this corrupt system of Pakistan! Did you know anti-terrorism court issued arrest warrants again IK and PTI's top leadership few days ago? Yet he continued doing Jalsas, Dharnas and so on. Why didn't anti-terrorism police arrest him and bring to court? mate.. there was some malpractice, but not the way PTI people are suggesting. IK would have lost anyway, and PMLN would have won. Simple logic dictates that.
When incumbent is unpopular, the anti incumbency vote goes to the most established and organized party. IK peaked too late in election and did not have time to create base.
The whole tamasha is for next election, nothing more. But its undemocratic, imagine IK wins the election and PMLN goes on dharna. How is the country going to run.

are you telling me dharna of 10 people is more legitimate than peaceful vote of 75 people. (considering 75% polling rate). why?
Compare the number of eligible voters to number of people on dharna. You cant run politics from street in a democracy. The election was mostly free and fair. You should at least accept that.

IK accepted the results, just not the rigging. He asked for vote-audit in only 4 constituencies, yet got no justice for 14 months, until he had to come to the streets for justice. If he did nothing and let this government be for 5 years, same things would happen again in next election!

he could have gone to court. How is mass agitation answer to this problem.
Lets assume govt accepts the demands and allows audit. What kind of precedence will it set. That you can go on mass movement for anything and govt will budge.
Look at the coutries with little or no democracy. Even in ex soviet countries, they have not managed to get free and fair election.
Pakistan has already achieved something, you should build upon it, not destroy it. Do you want to be another egypt?

That's the whole point. He went to court for past 14 months yet nothing came out of it since those 4 constitutions were won by PMLN and they refused the court to do vote-audit. Yet people blame IK that he didn't go to court?

There is any anti-terrorist law in Pak like POTA or TADA or UAPA?
