It does!! no doubts. HOWEVER do you feel that condemnation is all that is needed? My point is simply this.Though, there is a thing called conscience. Can you expect this kind of behavior in the civilized world when their children supposedly are dying due to malnutrition and a lack of clean drinking water? Just imagine what kind of outrage such behavior it would cause. In our country, it is shrugged of as a daily affair. Whether our people and leaders deserve it, doesn't take away that such behavior deserves the strongest condemnation.
