As an overseas Pakistani i am so happy to see such independent & fearless Judiciary ... every one should be equal in the eyes of law & if required IK should also be summoned too ... EVERY ONE SHOULD BE MADE ANSWERABLE TO THE NATION.

Yes, of course.. KP police is much better than other provinces.. but not that good ke uss ki har jaga misaal deni shuru kar di jaey..

Good thing is that there are many more channels which can effectively handle this propaganda in Pakistan..

Internationally, we don't care.. as ARY was once fined and had to file for bankruptcy in UK on request of GEO..

And believe me.. they don't want to be banned.. They only earn money from Pakistan.. Banning them in Pakistan will crush them in just one year.. with all the shameless anchors coming back to senses, leaving GEO to join other channels..

Once banned they will get plenty of support from outside for bashing and abusing Pakistan for violation of Human rights and freedom of speech. That is what i was saying. But yeah, the good thing is that there are MANY other channels now who can fight this propaganda war effectively.

I agree with your in principle but I don't think Geo wants to get banned rather, Geo is being stubborn because it knows it shall not be banned due to the reasons you mentioned. The primary reason @PakSword and @Farah Sohail is that Pakistan will get a bad name if Geo is banned and SCP will never give such an excuse when there are other less extreme and even more effective and even crippling options available.

I think we are over cautious as baned by judiciary is exactly as per diplomatic practices ... If judges draft verdict carefully then we can corner them ... For example weall know that NS is trying his best to get support from other countries but due to involvement of judiciary others cannot support them openly
