What about the Speeches of Nawaz and Maryam...why not no action on them from start? No excuse of overlook stands. SCP is not about excuses but for Sharifs.

I dont think that any game has started but what is continuing with the common people of Pakistan vs Elites like Sharifs...always getting away with special, out of the norm treatment despite continuous and unprecedented contempt.
Making excuses for SCP by us that Nawaz is seeking political suicide or shahadat is not even funny anymore. It is about rule of law or abandoning the law altogether if it is about Sharifs...always a special treatment.
The problem is with the subservient attitude of our justice system. Starting with the curtailed panama judgement, with the exception of Justice Khosa and Gulzar, even CJP has acted in a subdued and at best a reactionary manner in the matters related to Sharifs.
How can a three member bench of SCP deny reopening of a criminal case which is exactly what Hudaibya is? Criminal cases never expire...period...but for Sharifs there is aways some excuse in their favour.
They are such pompus @rses that even after so much regard from SCP they turn around, mock, ridicule and insult the very institution that has protected their interest for decades and they even got favoured in Panama case and got away with just a feather weight verdict of DQ on Iqama.
Criminal cases never expire... but for sharifs there is always a way out...just like the proceedings of disqualification term case...special invitation to Nawaz and Tareen to present arguments in an old old case is what else but special treatment and keep a balance between PTI and PMLN...what about other MNAs who got DQ...why were they not invited...equal rule of law ki colourful @$$ in full view.
I am not making this up from a figment of my below average imagination, According to Aetezaz Ahsan: SCP is already under pressure from the aggressive attitude of Nawaz and Co...what to say about the condition of accountability judge Mr Bashir who faces an accused coming in official motorcade protocol of 30 cars and from who the scp is already under pressure to keep overlooking contempt after contempt led by the father-daughter duo.
Like i stated the exception of Justice Khosa and Gulzar, we witness another landmark verdict from Justice Khosa on Nehal Hashmi. I so hope that if ever dared and taken up by SCP, Nawaz Contempt case ends up in a bench with Justice Khosa and Gulzar.
