The issue is not whether the ambassador comes back or not. Either way Palestine will have a ambassador in Pakistan like other entities. The real issue is the official notification they made after India complaned. Are they going to revoke that? I doubt it. From another thread :-

The word apology does not have to be used to convey a apology. Instead another synonym, action or sum of actions could carry greater currency then just just saying "sorreeee". Indeed actions speak louder then words. This notification came about as result of India complaning thus it is tantamount to a apology. Further the act of removing the ambassador was done to placate Indian's feelings. This act is demonstration of a aplogy.

And please do tell exactly who is Palestine "partners" with India's in war against "terrorism"? Khalistani Sikhs, Maoists or Kashmiri freedom fighters? Again look at context and deduce the the intent.

As regards UN that is entirely separate issue to the notification issued. Please don't conflate the two.

Its not separate issue, its the only issue here. no one care what bharat alone says, but when UN designated someone with Al Qaeda ally tag world atleast pretend to care.

The UN is not a impartial court of law with a jury but merely a place where votes are bought by those with power and money. At any rate China blocked UN Security Council motion against Hafiz Saeed.
