We know well they looted and destroyed Pakistan but we see this govt as no different either. Not a single corrupt arrested or any big recoveries made. Not a single mafia disbanded, PIA, steel mills, cricket, sports, local governance, education, all in the same situation as before, so how can i accept this excuses when not a single step is taken in right direction. Dont get me wrong am no ppp or pmln or other political party supporter, i thought PTI would be different but they r not. Its the same political elites n same behavior with ppl.

Agreed. Hopefully the sane and genuine from all parties work to fix the country

Some of the factors contributing to the sad state of Lebanon's economy today :
- lot of import, lack of exports, depend on remittance
- weak tax enforcement
- artificially overvaluing their currency for so long
- large percentage of government money goes to servicing debts
- Sectarian politics, not much unity

Sounds familiar?

I know. But do you see any other party despite these three? With PTI and its incompetence, we know they are working still. The other two just loot and plunder.

There is no other option and that is why i stress we need new political parties. Not regional ones but national ones. PTI gathered all old parties garbage, mafias are within govt. Do u now realize why there was fuel shortage when price was 75? Because they stored it and they know through govt that it will increase. As a result the mafia will earn hundreds of millions. The bureaucracy has not been changed or cleaned or reformed. Bureaucracy is the one that runs the country n been with corrupt politicians, but despite promises of change and change in status quo, there barely any change at all.
The decades of pmln and ppp lies and promises and workings have atleast taught us where to look to guage direction of govt and this govt is certainly not on the right direction.
