Pakistan's latest strategy is so bad, it would seem it's uninterested in Kashmir

But yr Modi gov and media says Pakistan continually sending in fighters and supporting Kashmir insurgency now even turkey is being blamed for funding Muslim activities inside India in alliance with Pakistan :)

Pakistan has started a drama. Overtly it is trying to convey a message, "We are saints. We never meddle in internal affairs of others. We mind our business yet we are attacked by foreign terrorists." Covertly it is playing dirty. @Imran Khan

you just contradicted your whole thread. u initiated with the stance that Pakistan is uninterested and following policy of "leave india alone" . Now you are saying that Pakistan is playing dirty... i think our Pakistani members have successfully confused you.

.
i really dont get the idea of this thread and later the poster just playing ping pong with the point he wanted to establish, against every post his view point changes to suite the reply he wants to give. based on this, its safe to assume after 1 hr he might come up with a thread tat is 180 to this one.
To be honest Pakistan is silent with regards to India for a while now, some ppl take it as a policy of leave india alone, and some say its the silence before the storm. everyone has the right to come up with dere own interpretation of the same. but a suggestion, look around and think before coming up with one.
But i like this confusion that the enemy is living through not knowing wats cooking and wats the mood. Since the chinese occupation of indian territory and this whole event, Indian and most sane indians are worried. they want to see the clear picture but failing to see anything. hence confused and jumping up n down to get some visibility. lets see how things go from here. but for now, its fun to observe. :azn:

Just for indians, RAW mentioned some couple of hundred suicide bombers and terrorist entered india, nisththiist khabar sootroun kaay hisab saay, (right before chinese occupation episode), no sure but maybe they went to Goa for fun and now dancing with some item girls to pass time. Till sooutron say aik nahi story start ho. just wondering wat happened to tat confirmed RAW intel.

Yes we never interfere in any country's internal affairs. On the other hand, we dont consider Kashmir as an internal affair of india. If u have not forgotten, it was india running to the UN in 48 and begging to stop Pakistan, so now how is it an internal affair when india was the first to run to UN? Its an unsolved chapter of Independence, so we will do every overt and covert effort to take it back. Just wait and watch our next phase.

The continued existence of Pakistan constitutes meddling in the internal affairs of India, purely by definition. Did you only just realise this 73 years after the secular republic was born?

Pakistan didn't take Kashmir in the past when it had three powerful friends - USA, Saudi Arabia and China. What chance does it have now when it is isolated?

Saudi Arabia could and did help by giving away money here and there but the asking price for a total support was Pakistan's open hostility with Iran, which was unacceptable to Pakistan, for the right reasons.

The United States was always more interested in India as a strategic partner but the Indian leadership, most prominently Nehru, was more ideological and socialistic than pragmatic and Pakistan took up the role of America's main guy in the region. Once the Cold War was over, there wasn't much need for Pakistan, except in the now-winding War on Terror.

As to China... China had stayed far more neutral in the India-Pakistan rivalry than given credit for! The Chinese responses to India-Pakistan crises had been for 'restraint' blah, blah. And that was not lost in the Pakistani planners' calculations! BUT... the way things are changing fast, it is China which is very happy to help Pakistan.

So Pakistan really never had much of help from ANYONE throughout its history when it came to India. Token support here and there during wars by Iran or Indonesia or some diplomatic support by Malaysia or Turkey. The only real, substantive support in terms of military options Pakistan ever had was the Taliban rule in Afghanistan between 1996-2001! But, as I said, things are changing with China. Mr. Modi's gamble of August 5, 2019 has drastically and perhaps permanently prodded China to a belligerent posture against India, and Pakistan, while really weak in economy, has a powerful military to aid China.

A powerful military, even for an economically challenged country, is still a huge asset. North Korea is respected and even feared because of it's military. Japan maybe a rich country but remove the American security umbrella and see how far will Japan go in confronting China. Bangladesh may be the strongest current economy in South Asia but India can crush BD in a few weeks. These are just examples.

Pakistan's latest plan is to 'Leave India alone and hope that it will implode'. But it has so many flaws that it seems either Pakistan is uninterested in Kashmir or enemy's many agents have infiltrated the establishment. The new strategy is bad because of following reasons:

1. If at all it's feasible, it's time consuming. What if in the meantime India changes Kashmir's demographics or Kashmiris start accepting Indian rule?

2. India has an alternative in China to use as a bogeyman and unite Indians against a common external enemy.

3. India has a history of acrimonious relation with Pakistan. Past is catching up with Pakistan. India has enough old data to point fingers at Pakistan.

4. Pakistan is not sincere in implementing the new policy of 'Leave India alone'. Nowadays it is covertly doing such unethical things that if mentioned here, it may result in a ban. So Pakistan isn't really keeping it's hands off.

5. Pakistani agencies have a record of not finishing the campaigns they undertake. Examples: operation Gibraltar, supporting khalistani militancy without result, withdrawal from Kargil, supporting 1990s Kashmir insurgency without result etc. One may argue, "All or most of those failures were because of corruption." But the factor of corruption is there now also. Imran Khan maybe honest but the establishment is as corrupt as before.

6. What if India retaliates? Does Pakistan have a contingency plan?

7. What's the guarantee that the plan will work? Let alone guarantee, is there even a chance? This is like a gamble.

8. @Lt General boasted of innovative thinking and accused India of plagiarism. Maybe there's no invention in India but it isn't there in Pakistan either. Pakistanis maybe wiser and a bit more clever but the overall aptitude for planning is same as Indians.

9. If operation Gibraltar and other events are any indication, then I have observed a Pakistani trait of lack of meticulousness, lack of attention to details and turning a blind eye to harsh facts and ignoring it's own weaknesses.

10. Pakistan didn't take Kashmir in the past when it had three powerful friends - USA, Saudi Arabia and China. What chance does it have now when it is isolated?

All this gives rise to suspicions about the intention of the establishment. Just which advisors floated this misleading idea of 'Leave India alone and hope it will implode.'? It's designed to give India an easy escape.

Bro Pakistan is very serious about Kashmir, why is it silent there can be a plethora of reasons.
1)Uncle Sam
2)Arab States
3)European Union
4)Waiting for the right moment
5)Generals too scared
6)Economic issues
7)Political turmoil
8)Floods and Covid
9)Waiting for the Chinese nod
10)FATF
11)And a hundred more reasons
I personally think no need to be jingoistic ATM, let our Chinese friends tire out the Indians, and go with the FLOW. One thing the Indians should keep in mind whatever the outcome, it will not be a happy ending for a region that was once called India.

Pakistan is silent ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BECAUSE it has no choice

Your Rupee has devalued by 50% in 3 years so your GDP is fallen to $280 billion
Your forex barely enough to cover 2 months of imports
Foreign debt ie
relations with USA and Saudi once allies virtually over
The entire world minus china North Korea & Turkey are with india
A right wing modi govt in power who will give nothing to pakistan
Calls at United nations and other international forums fall on deaf ears

Your only options is sit tight AND HOPE CHINA does something .

BUT 3 MONTHS of waiting and even china is backing down

Time to redraw borders is ove . NUCLEAR WEAPONS and indian rise as a regional economic power means status quo will not change

MODI feels untouchable and this is why article 370 happened

Can you clear one doubt? This video says that these are Pakistani Sikhs. I feel they were actually imported from Canada to show some kind of harmony and alliance between Pakistanis and Sikhs. What's your opinion?

Ghanta!! Canadian Sikhs are anti-India and are cooperating with Pakistan to show harmony and alliance between Sikhs and Pakistanis.

Okay, I find it suspicious that the video caption / subtitle is in Hindi / Urdu but the script used is English.

If Shahmukhi script is used, Indian Sikhs (whom Pakistan is trying to incite), won't read it.

If Gurmukhi script is used, it implies that those Sikhs are not Pakistanis.

That's why English script.

Pakistani trait of lack of meticulousness, lack of attention to details and turning a blind eye to harsh facts and ignoring it's own weaknesses.
Another example:

Pakistani operatives berating their sources for not organizing enough crowds for anti-CAA protests on March 3-4 despite the funding at their disposal.

They should have anticipated this before.
