I guess from Pakistani POV the nukes served their purpose by deterring Indian aggression and they have Kargil to show as an example.

From an Indian POV, the nuclear deterrence would only be effective to a limit ....... after that, it hits the air........ I guess.

See we could have our own ways of calling their bluff. War is not the only option.

After all this can't go on forever na. We also have to have trust in Pak generals' sanity. After all, why would they want nuclear holocaust when it could be evidently avoidable.

By the way, so why don't you tell your military to stop spending on defence at all? According to you nukes are the answer to everything.

Pakistan's Economy is not as competitive & vibrant as indian so despite having an edge i just mentioned a point where the economy card is outclassed, there is no need to bring China, USA & others into this.
Nukes are not the answer to anything & i didn't state anything which depicts otherwise, your deliberate attempt to blow my statement out of proportion signifies your inability to grasp my post & not what you have mentioned. I clearly used "Nuclear Environment". When ever the belligerents to any dispute develop nukes the rules of the conventional warfare are changed, the advantages of asymmetric warfare are rendered useless as the weaker side can always resolve to unconventional weapons to secure some gains. This is not based on my personal views rather of some established authorities on the subject of Nuclear Warfare.

Because after the Indian nuke testing every Indian politician and organisation was up in hands for Pakistan bashing.

Security had to be called all over Indian counslate, emabassy and school. Still some bloody gang fights happend outside Indian embassy school. It was to do with attitude of Indian organisations all over the media as well some Indians who vandalized Pak counslate property and wrote offensive slogans all over it.
