Sindh seems to be lacking far behind then. While hygiene is definitely a problem everywhere in Pakistan, the basics like clean drinking water, electricity (ignoring load shedding), health and schools are a norm in KPK villages. Thats at least what I have seen, coming from a small village myself.

That's amazing! I hope Tando Soomro can expand it's network of self made Local Govt and export to other surrounding villages of Sindh, considering Sindh is in dire need of honest and hardworking people at the local level who are willing to make such efforts.
